LEARN ABOUT WHAT WE DO
As a naturopath based in Newcastle, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to women’s health — supporting hormonal balance, vaginal health, nervous system regulation, and gut function.
Each consultation is designed to meet you where you’re at, helping you uncover the root causes of your symptoms and feel more at home in your body.
Most people start with a free 15-minute discovery call to see if this feels like the right fit.
Below, you’ll find the appointment types I offer -

This complimentary 15-minute call is a space to briefly share what’s been happening for you and ask any questions about my approach.

Please note: this call is for connection and clarity only. Personalised treatment plans and naturopathic advice are provided during a full consultation.
This is ideal if you’re new to naturopathy or would simply like to connect before booking an initial appointment.
