Learn about what we do

As a naturopath based in Newcastle, I offer a holistic and evidence-based approach to women’s health — supporting hormonal balance, vaginal health, nervous system regulation, and gut function. Every consultation is designed to meet you where you’re at, helping you uncover the root causes of your symptoms and feel more at home in your body.

Below, you’ll find the appointment types I offer — from a free discovery call to ongoing naturopathic care — available both in-person in Newcastle and online across Australia.

  • A relaxed 15-minute chat to connect and see if naturopathy feels like the right fit for you. There’s absolutely no pressure to book afterwards — this call is simply a chance to meet, share what’s going on for you, and learn more about how I work.

This is ideal if you’re new to naturopathy, or just want to meet before committing to an initial consultation.

Please note: No naturopathic advice or treatment is provided during this call. It’s purely an introduction to discuss your goals and how I may be able to support you.

  • Your initial consultation is where we take a deep, holistic look at your health. Together, we explore your main concerns — whether that’s hormonal imbalances, vaginal health, nervous system regulation, or gut health — and look for the underlying patterns connecting them.

You’ll receive a comprehensive, personalised treatment plan within 48 hours, including:

    • Targeted herbal and nutritional prescriptions

    • Diet and lifestyle recommendations

    • Guidance for ongoing care and testing (if needed)

This appointment is available for new clients.
Supplementation and testing costs are additional.

  • Follow-up sessions are where we review your progress, adjust your plan, and continue to work toward your goals. We’ll check in on how you’re responding to your treatment, explore any new or changing symptoms, and update your prescriptions or protocols as needed.

You’ll receive an updated treatment plan within 48 hours, with tailored herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations.

    Available for existing clients.
Supplementation and testing costs are additional.

  • This appointment type is for those with an acute concern - a cold or flu, needing a supplement prescription for an upcoming holiday to support you while you travel, to support you though an unexpected period of stress or anxiety, or for a period pain prescription to get you through your next bleed. Please allow for 20-30 minutes.

Available for new or exiting clients via Telehealth.

Note: if your concerns cannot be covered in this acute session, a longer appointment may be advised.

Start Your Journey

Naturopathy is guided by seven key principles.

First do no harm ensures safe and gentle treatment, the healing power of nature recognises the body’s natural and innate ability to heal itself. Treat the cause focuses on addressing the root cause, while treating the person as a whole considers all aspects of you - physical, emotional, spiritual and also lifestyle and environmental aspects contributing to your health and wellbeing. Doctor (naturopath) as teacher is in essence where I empower and educate you to make informed health decisions and to give you the knowledge about you and your health. Disease prevention and health promotion emphasises maintaining balance to prevent illness, and wellbeing nurtures your overall vitality and wellness.

These principles work together to promote lasting health.
