ABOUT TASH

I am a degree-qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science from Torrens University and a Bachelor of Health Science in Exercise and Sport Science from The University of Newcastle.

I have always had a passion and curiosity for health and nature. When I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens, I remember feeling lost and disempowered by the options I was give – or the lack of them. Seeking out a Naturopath changed that. The care, education and empowerment I experienced through naturopathy inspired me to follow this path.

Now, my goal is to offer that same support to others – to help you feel seen, understood and confident in your body again.

I believe Naturopathy should be practical and achievable. True healing doesn’t happen overnight; it is built on small, sustainable changes that fit into real life. My approach focuses on uncovering the root cause of imbalance and building strong foundations for long term wellbeing.

A big part of my work is helping women reconnect with their hormones — to understand their natural rhythms, embrace their cycles, and feel empowered by them rather than frustrated or confused. I want women to know that their bodies aren’t broken, and that balance is possible.

Naturopathy isn’t about quick fixes or bandaid solutions – it is about creating lasting, meaningful improvements through a holistic approach to wellness. My role is to guide you with compassion, evidence-based care and education every step of the way.

I have a special interest in hormonal and vaginal health, though my practice is inclusive to all people. I believe everyone deserves accessible, judgement free care – no matter who you are or where you’re at on your health journey.

I am truly honoured to walk alongside you and support you on your path to feeling your best.
